1. Design of Insulated Aluminum Profile

  In the design of systematic energy-saving doors and windows, the design of insulated aluminum profiles is the core part of the entire design, and the quality of profile section design determines the performance and quality of doors and windows. The principle of insulation is to cleverly combine non-metallic insulation strips (nylon 66) with two cross-sectional aluminum alloy profiles using mechanical rolling to form an insulation profile. In the process of profile section design, the main consideration is the effect of wind load, and the requirements of comprehensive strength, stiffness, and stability are taken into account to optimize the design. Under the most economical section area conditions, the inertia moment I and resistance moment W of the section are maximized. Injecting PU resin, known as the "king of insulation", into the cavity after embedding the insulation strip, prevents the convective conduction of heat and has a more significant energy-saving effect.

2. Gap weatherproof design

  In order to achieve better water tightness, an equal pressure adhesive is designed using the principle of equal pressure, and a drainage channel is set up on the window frame material to divert rainwater. In order to achieve better air tightness, a sealing strip is installed to prevent air infiltration.
