Product Introduction

  Many mechanical assembly line supports are made of aluminum alloy materials, such as 6063-T5 aluminum alloy. This material has many advantages, such as light weight and high rigidity, which allows the bracket to ensure sufficient support strength without adding too much weight to the entire assembly line, which is conducive to the flexible layout and handling of equipment. Meanwhile, aluminum alloy has good processability and can be easily made into various shapes and specifications to meet the needs of different assembly lines. In addition, there are various surface treatment methods for aluminum alloys, and the common one is silver oxide white (anodizing) treatment. This treatment not only looks beautiful, but also enhances its corrosion resistance and extends the service life of the bracket. In some industrial aluminum direct supply products, there are various specifications and thicknesses of aluminum alloy profiles (such as 1.2-1.4mm thick [HZX-147B-1], etc.) that can be used for the production of mechanical assembly line brackets, and customized packaging, colors, etc. according to needs. They are widely used and can be used as materials for equipment such as leather strip lines, assembly lines, brackets, workbenches, etc.

  We have established a national level standardized testing center, which has been accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CNAS) and accredited by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment (CMA); There are 13 high standard laboratories jointly established, including chemical analysis laboratory, metallographic laboratory, mechanical performance laboratory, physical performance laboratory, spectroscopy laboratory, salt spray laboratory, and aging laboratory. Key instruments and equipment are imported from countries such as the United States, Germany, and Israel.
