Production Process

Mould

In order to improve the product quality and stability, and shorten the production time, we built our mould factory with advanced technology and equipment.

Extrusion Line

We have 180 extrusion lines to annual capacity above 80,00 Extrusion machine is control computer, equipped with automatic traction aluminium profile with unifor good surface. Extrusion mac from 600 ton to 10000 ton.

Anodizing and Electrophore

Anodizing is basic surface with good protection. Electrophore aluminium profile more beau durable.

Powder Coating and Fluorocarbon Coating

We have 40 powder coating lines and 6 fluorocarbon lines. Common powder coating is a comfortable surface treatment with various colour. Fluorocarbon Coating (PVDF Coating) is more perfect surface treatment, its weather resistance is above 10 years.

Thermal Break

Using high quality PA66GF rubber strips. Using high quality EPDM strong waterproof. Using double insulating glass soundproof and heat insulation effect,can make any kind of surface treatments.

Wood Grained

Wood Grained combines classical and modern style, much closer to nature. Wood grain technology includes transfer paper printing,
solid wood grain transfer printing, shavings wood grain, 3D wood grain, 4D wood grain and so on.
Wood grain is lifelike, strong three-dimensional sense, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, good weather resistance,Has the warm natural wood feeling, is high grad product.

Colors

Supply different surfaces with various colors according to customers requirement.

Anodized /Electroperesis color: silver, champagne,bronze, black, matt anodized colors, sand blasted colors.
Powder coating /Fluorocarbon coating colors as RALcolors shows Wooden grain colors.
